In order to fix the orbi purple light error, restart your Orbi router, if necessary. By pressing the
power button on the back of your Orbi router, you can turn it off. Allow a few minutes to pass.
Turn it on again if the LED light is not strong blue or orbi flashing white, and wait for the
power LED lights to be stable. After then, check to see if the Orbi purple light is still present
or if it has gone away. If your problem persists, it's possible that something is wrong with
your Orbi router's hardware or configuration system.
